Porta Cabins

Structure

The basic building frame is formed from heavy gauge mild steel sections, each fully welded to form a rigid framework into which the wall panels, doors and windows are fitted. The entire structure is to be installed over a civil platform for semi-permanent and permanent building solutions. For the portability of the pre-fab building, we dismantled it carefully and shifted it to another location.

Wall

For walling solution, we are using a Solid wall panel and an Arecon panel as a filler wall and partition wall which are inserted between a U-profile GI channel made out of a 22 gauge GI sheet fixed over the civil platform or floor with self-fastener screws placed at 600mm centre to centre from the end.

Steel Frameworks

MS steel framework for pre-fab structures is designed as trusses and purlins suitably welded to each other and fixed over MS Steel columns of pressed sections of suitable profiles / Pillars of sufficient strength.

Flooring Systems

On the bottom frame, 18 mm thick Marine Plywood shall be fixed by means of a self-tapping screw. PVC Vinyl flooring shall be fixed on the panel.

Roof

We are using a PPGI sheet for roofing solutions fixed over MS steel frameworks by drilling screws with washers.

Paint

Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer and synthetic Epoxy Paint for the final 2 coats. (Corrosion-free and fireproof paints)

Insulation

50 mm thick Rock wool Insulation shall be used for walls and 75 mm thick Rock wool insulation to be provided for the roof.

Inner Paneling

The interior shall be aesthetically finished so as to give a custom-built appearance with extremely high-quality workmanship. All vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminum sections. The Paneling of side walls and roof shall be of 9 mm thick decorative laminated board.

Aluminum Windows

Aluminum powder-coated windows, sliding type shall be provided, made of Aluminum section, 3 mm thick, clear vision glasses are to be fitted to it.

Electrical System

The Bunk House will be provided with electrical wiring suitable for 250 volts, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply. All electrical wiring shall be concealed. Suitable copper cables shall be used for lighting circuits. The copper cables used will be 3/1.9 cables for lighting circuits. ISI mark and concealed in PVC conduits insulated copper wire shall be used for wiring to be done in PVC conduit with small size distribution board with MCB protection and to separate with main supply.
